Why this Privacy Statement?

1. Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of your personal data

In the event of an intrusion into its computer systems, the Controller will immediately take all possible measures to minimize the damage.
2. Right of access/correction/deletion of your personal data
If you prove your identity, you have a right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not your personal data are being processed. Moreover, when the Controller processes your data, you have the right to obtain access to this personal data. You have the right to obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data that are processed, the recipients of the personal data, the criteria for determining the period during which your personal data will be stored and the rights that you can exercise in accordance with the Regulation.
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be corrected or deleted. You may exercise your right to correction by providing a supplementary declaration to the Controller. The Controller will act on this within one (1) month after receiving the supplementary declaration. However, it is possible that the deleted personal data may still be stored temporarily, without being visible to the user.
You also have the right to have us delete your personal data without unreasonable delay.
You can only invoke this right in the following cases:
- When your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; or
- When you withdraw your consent and no other legal basis exists for the processing; or
- Where objection is made to the processing and no overriding compelling legitimate grounds for the processing exist; or
- When personal data have been processed unlawfully; or

3.Right to restrict/object to the processing of your personal data
You have the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data:

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the Controller with the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
