The child of expat parents, founder Els Van Aerschot grew up in Germany, in a vibrant international environment. Her passion for language and culture led her to study translator/interpreter in Belgium and Germany and to immerse herself in the world of business language training. In 2008 she decided to give shape to her passion with TINC, with which she now focuses on high-level coaching and consultancy for C-level managers, expats and HR managers.
